Craig Chong, M.A., PCC is a results-driven executive coach, EOS Implementer, and strategic advisor who helps CEOs, business owners, and entrepreneurs unlock growth, align leadership, and lead with purpose. With over 20 years of experience and a passion for transformation, Craig has worked with more than 100 leaders across industries including construction, energy, retail, banking, technology, healthcare, education, and nonprofits. His proven frameworks and hands-on approach help leaders build high-performing teams, grow revenue organically by 15–30% annually, and prepare for successful, high-value exits.

Craig’s coaching philosophy is grounded in purpose and legacy, shaped by his early leadership in church planting at New Hope Oahu, mentorship under renowned leadership scholar Dr. J. Robert Clinton, and is a protégée of Master Strategist Thomas G. Paterson. He’s a certified EOS Implementer, OUTGROW Revenue Growth Advisor, Master Coach and Trusted Advisor for clients ranging from billion-dollar enterprises to mission-driven organizations. Based in Honolulu, Craig serves as a leader on the board of the YMCA, and lives with his wife Sandy, daughters Sophie and SaraAnne, and their golden-doodle Meli.
